Can this script be setup to accept free listings and offer logo upload as a paid option?

Hello,

sure, this is possible. You have to create two products - a free one with the "Logo" field disabled and a paid one with the "Logo" enabled. This way your users can create a free listing and then upgrade to a paid membership plan for their listing logo to appear or create a listing using a paid product.

Note that you can limit the list of plans available for upgrade per membership product.

Will this work for gallery images? How to deny large images?

Absolutely, you can control the number of visible gallery images per product.

And you can limit the maximum allowed image size via the "Listing Gallery" upload type. The default maximum gallery image size is 10Mb.
